You don’t need to take photography lessons to become a good photographer. Here are 10 tips sure to make you a pro!

Find a camera which you’re most comfortable with. You don’t need to use SLR’s. Pick a model which you’re already familiar with.

Study your camera. Using your camera, how can you further enhance your shoot? Does your camera have other features which you could use?

Find a subject which you’re most comfortable with. What do you want to shoot? Do you want to shoot landscapes or would you rather capture emotion? Choose a subject which you’re passionate about.

Shoot during the golden hour. Shoot either by sunrise or before sunset. The golden hues of the sun are still the best source of light.

Find a good angle. Don’t just stand there. Find an angle. Feel free to bend or lie down. Don’t be scared to get dirty.

Get close to your subject. Know your subject. More importantly, feel your subject. Is the tree was a person, what could she be saying. Execute this in how you compose your shot.

Browse on photography sites and study how certain shots are taken. There are lots of online photography sites. Study the shots and use them as a guide for your next shoot.
