You Will Need The Following Ingredients:

For the crust:

* 2 cups of flour
* 1 teaspoon of salt
* 3/4 of vegetable shortening
* 1/4 cup of cold water
* 1 egg
* 1/4 cup Milk
* Pie pan

For the filling:

* 1 "15 Oz" Can 100% Pure Pumpkin
* 1 "12 Fl. Oz" Can Evaporated Milk
* 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
* 1/2 Tsp Salt
* 3/4 Cup Sugar
* 2 Large Eggs

Pre-heat oven to 375ºF

Take the flour, salt, Crisco and place it into a large bowl.

Then slowly add the water.

Knead the mixed contents so that this will form into your dough.

Move your dough to the side, find a counter top to roll the dough. You will need to sprinkle flour across your counter top so the dough does not stick.

Place your dough on your flour counter top and begin flattening the dough with a rolling pin.

Use a spatula to lift the dough from your counter top.

Once this is done, gently place the dough in the pie pan.

Tear of the ends of the dough so that no dough is hanging off the pie pan.

Next we will start to make the pumpkin filling. First you will need to take a large bowl and mix the 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 "15 oz" can 100% pure pumpkin mix, 1 "12 fl. oz" can evaporated milk, 2 large eggs and 1 tsp ground cinnamon.

You will want to mix all the contents together in till everything is mixed well.

Pour in your pumpkin contents into your pie pan

Bake at 375ºF for 50 minutes.

Next you will want to check to see if you pumpkin pie is fully finished. Use a tooth pick and place it in the middle of your pie. If the middle of your pie is not runny, then your pie is finished baking.
