A good bath is always the prefect indulgence to achieve the ultimate relaxation experience. Here are tips to get the perfect bath:
1
Get the ideal temperature. The ideal temperature for a relaxing bath is 95°F. This temperature is perfect for a total relaxation in your bath without getting drowsy. This is also ideal to open the pores of your face for a thorough cleaning.
2
Execute isometric exercises for muscle stimulation before you lie in your bath. This exercise will also help you improve your body posture in no less than 2 minutes.
3
To achieve the ultimate relaxation, do some deep-breathing. Simply inhale through your nose to a count of four then expand your chest and abdomen while lowering your diaphragm.
4
Close your eyes and lie back. Just relax your muscles – from finger tips down to the tips of your toes. Relax your spine, your legs, arms, neck and your facial muscles as well.
5
The ideal shower time is not more than 30 minutes. The first 15 minutes is perfect for skin moisturization. If your go beyond 30 minutes, you’ll discover your toes becoming rigged.
6
Always rinse off after shower especially if you used a bubble bath. It is not healthy for your skin to have residual soap.
7
Avoid using bath oil as much as possible. First, it floats on water surface and coats your skin hindering skin moisturization. Second, you can accidentally slip into the tub anytime.
8
Herbs are very therapeutic. You can even make a bath sachet on your own. Consider herbal therapy for a more relaxing bath.
