No Sound With Sharp Aquos TV Model LC-40D68UT

Sharp Aquos TV Model LC-40D68UT, using TWC cable network...nosound on several stationa. Problem solved by tech from TWC who showed us the audio button on remote, which had been accidently set to SAP. HE corrected the audio setting.. all is well. We are in our middle 80's with very poor sight. Unable to reaD the instruction manual due to very small print..remote also difficult to read. Purchased a lighted magnifier today to enable us to read owners manual.
